About
RTSA is an autonomous statutory body established under the ICT Act No. 15 of 2009 [succeeding Communications Authority of Zambia]. Mandate: Regulate road transport, promote road safety, license drivers & vehicles, enforce traffic laws, manage vehicle registration, roadworthiness testing, and commercial transport permits. Mission: Ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable road transport for all Zambians. Hosted Zambia’s inaugural SSATP Leaders in Road Safety Management training.
